SCRANTON, Pa., July 31, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a third quarter dividend of $0.36 per share. The $0.36 equals the per share dividend declared in the prior quarter and represents a 5.9% increase over the dividend declared in the third quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable September 15, 2020 to shareholders of record August 31, 2020.
